How Half Story is made
One person
I make Half Story on my own. I know how to build apps and games, and this is an idea I have carried around for a long time: a whole city to question, one case a week, no automatic help while you play. What I cannot do is draw and write.
Where artificial intelligence comes in
The illustrations of the city, of the people and of the covers are generated with artificial intelligence. The texts of the cases and the translations into six languages are born that way too, inside a structure I built myself: the rules of the game, the city, the checks every case has to pass before it goes out. I would rather tell you here, plainly, than let you work it out on your own.
I am looking for someone to work with
I would like the cases to be written by people who write, and drawn by people who draw. If you are a writer, an illustrator, someone who translates, or simply someone who likes this idea and feels like thinking it through together, leave me a contact. This is not a job ad: it is an invitation. I answer myself.
